The Bristol Wheel: 10th Feb - 8th May 2012
Bristol City Centre is to welcome a 60-metre observation wheel in time for Valentine's Day, offering spectacular panoramic views of th city and an unforgettable trip above the skyline. A ride on the Bristol Wheel will last 15 minutes and offers visitors a memorable experience along with a unique birds-eye view of the city centre and beyond. Each pod seats up to six people and is fully enclosed to offer a comfortable journey into the sky, whatever the weather.

Getting there:
Walk and Cycle
Walking is hassle free and may be quicker than you think. There are cycle stands all over the city for safer bike parking - use www.betterbybike.info to plan your trip.
Rail
Bristol Temple Meads is the closest station to Broadmead. For details of rail time and fares information visit our rail page. Bus services 8 and 9 provide a frequent link to the centre from Station Approach. Take the main exit from the station, the bus stop is located approximately 50 metres away on the left-hand side. Bus
The city bus network provides easy access to Broadmead and the city centre. Timetable details of all city bus routes and routes from further away - Weston-super-mare, Bath, Keynsham etc, can be viewed on the timetable finder.
Park & Ride
Bristol has three Park & Ride services:
