Comments and Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of a local bus service should be made directly to the relevant operator.
To assist the operator in dealing with your complaint please provide as much information as possible including the service number and time and date of travel.
If you are not satisfied with the response received from the operator, you may wish to take your complaint further by either contacting the Bus Appeals Body or the Western Traffic Commissioner
